Thank you very much to the hosts who set up the swaps. When partners are assigned, I read the person's profile and send the requested items geared toward their preferences, wishes, and avoid their dislikes. I keep records of what I send, the date, and a picture of the envelope. When I receive Bent corners on postcards, I know my profile has not been read. Completed swaps are placed in my mailbox and counted as sent. I have a wonderful mailman who takes exceptional care of my outgoing mail. I rate swaps when received that day or in the morning of the next day.

I found a new friend on Swap-bot who lives near me. Her profile mentions the Denver Postcard Club. I joined and love going to meetings. We have monthly meetings with fantastic topic presenters, and we can look through many long boxes and purchase postcards. I participate twice a year in the Children's Hospital Postcard Project, filling 200 envelopes with postcards, a postcard bookmark, and stamps to introduce postcards and different stamps.

I consider myself a deltiologist—one who collects postcards. I prefer postcards to be blank and protected in an envelope to avoid bent corners. USA Tourist postcards are my Favorite! I no longer collect or save international cards. I prefer 4x6 or smaller. I like vintage, linen and black and white. Larger cards are challenging to store.

I have Colorado cards galore; please send me a different state card.

Dislikes or not into--
I am not a fan of all-caps lettering. It looks like shouting to me.

I absolutely dislike those cheap sepia 32-pcs Vintage Travel Sights Landscape Retro Postcards from AliExpress, Amazon, Wish, Temu, or other sites (smaller cards without description on the back. The back is a sepia tone with just boxes on the top left.)

Please send Zazzle, Postcard Fair, homemade postcards, ATCs, tea bags, religious items, wax seals, Cat items, anime, kawaii, washi tape, or bits of paper to someone else! When I receive these, I know my profile has not been read.

Bent or worn corners on postcards and smoky or moldy-smelling postcards are not saved or passed to others. I have to give them away or pitch. Please protect your cards when traveling through the mail. I receive many envelopes with the sides or top and bottom protected, why not the corners?

When I address the back side of the envelope, I am hoping you can use the front for a craft.
