Well, well, well...what's there to tell! I'm Ingrid from Amsterdam in the Netherlands. I was originally born in the east part of our country in a city called Nijmegen. Some of you might know it because it's the host of the Four Days March in July. But as I said, I live in Amsterdam now together with my love and my little son of 6. I own a Japanese gift & food shop in the center (near the Anne Frank House). I love Japanese stationary!
the love of my life Roland, my little son Jonas, haribo banana candy, dutch type candy called "trekdrop", japanese food (home-made or out-doors), my home-made tomato soup, white wine, yuzu sake - delicious with pro-secco, the colour green, the colour blue, crochet/amigurumi, japanese stationary my weekly stitch 'n bitch session, getting together with my dear friends, spending time with my family, absolutely fabulous, funk music, disco music, roller disco, travelling, reading, swimming, FOAM the photograph museum here in Amsterdam, enjoying the small things in life,
smelly people, dishonesty, dishes with salmon in it, people without a sense of humour,
Flowers, your hometown, birds (especially the robin), art
I love to crochet, it is so nice and relaxing after a hard day at work. I make afghans, amigurumi ( I'm engaged in a sushi-crocheting project at the moment), and lots of scarves. I also love to make origami. Cross-stitching is my newest favorite waste of time!
