I also love kawaii stuff and don't have favourites because they're all so Kawaii XD, but at times I find myself gravitating towards certain characters... Like the year before I was into Kogepan and Piggy Girl, last year I kept checking out Mamegoma stuff, and this year I'm finding Gudetama so weirdly cute ;D
