Hello!

I am a 32 year old artist, writer, nerd, mum, and student from the south island of New Zealand.

I have a degree in Archaeology with minors in classical studies and art history, and a fascination for old things, weird art, and old bones.

I draw and and write in the fantasy genre, and am working on a very slow big-kids picture book about a witch, a lake, and a ghost (my art instagram is: jcurrieart. Or if you're a tiktok fiend: jecurrie). I love fantasy, big lotr nerd, and fantasy books.

I've lived in NZ, Australia, Canada, and England, and often find myself wondering if its time to leap abroad again.

I'm a huge fan of mail and would love to connect with snail mail pals who share my appreciation for nice letters, cool postcards, maybe a sticker or two, wee crafts, cool stories.
