Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a newbie but would love to give this a try. Crafting and sending postcards has been a passion of mine for a long time, so I thought this would be perfect for me.

My name is Katharina and I am from the South of Germany. I’m looking to make friends around the world and I love the idea of exchanging handwritten letters. I love reading, traveling and crafting. Also, I'm a passionate foodie, so I love to try new recipes. In a new place you always find me where the street food is. :)

PS: I woud love to get to know your country and culture through the mail. For example I'd love to try snacks and tea from around the world, or see a picture from your city or learn, what your hometown is famous for :)

For some swaps it's easier to have a wish list, so here we go - things I like to recieve in the Mail are:

• local candy or snacks

• stickers

• washi tape

• your favorite reciepe or your favorite song

• something in your language (maybe a word that you think is unique or an idiom)

• drinks (coffee, tea etc - it's always fun to try something new, especially from another country)

• a postcard from your reagion / hometown

• stamps

• small die cuts

I'm a huge Harry Potter fan (Hufflepuff). Besides that I like a good biography or travel story. Detective stories and thrillers with a twist are very much appreciated too!
