I live in New Hampshire. My family consists of my husband, 5 or 6 or more cats (depending on if we are fostering) and 2 house rabbits. I take every opportunity to have a day to hang out at home with them all. I am not good at relaxing and taking a day off - I like to fill my time with volunteering and being busy. - I am never am sitting on the couch with nothing to do. I do try to do a meditation in the morning before work and I'm in a one year bible reading challenge which should wrap up in October 2024. I love my day planner and huge shoulder bag to carry everything but the kitchen sink in. I love cocoa and coffee to start my day and tea to warm up in the afternoons.
I like a little everything. I love KLove Radio these days and donate to them to keep them on the air commercial free. I love no commercials the most, haha.. Blessing Offor is my new favorite find, But my music playlists is extreme and can go from horror core rap to classical depending on what I'm in the mood for.
Oh my gosh I have SO many books! I am definitely old school and prefer the paper copies vs digital. I almost never finish an ebook - I forget it's even there. ha. I like non fiction mostly. Autobiographies of comics, US history, some current events. I like self help and reiki books too. And when I need a break I like some horror.
Some of my favorites that I watch over and over: Seinfeld. Toast of London. Mike Tyson Mysteries. Bob & Margaret. The Critic.
My husband and I met working in a movie theater when we were in high school, so movie nights hold a piece of my heart. We still try to have date nights to the movie as much as possible. Comedy and Supernatural/spooky are my favorite categories. My favorites are: Freddy Got Fingered. Monty Python. Trick R Treat. Jaws. Mary Poppins. Hocus Pocus.
I love paper crafts. I was big into scrapbooking and collected too many cute little things that I just hold onto and it all started to take over. haha. but now I really like the idea of making cards to gift to people. I like paper quilling and cross stitching. I just got a silhouette Cameo 4 this year, so I've been making tons of stickers and now am looking into heat transfer projects. I'm big into DIY home improvement projects and woodworking too (definitely a craft.)
