Hi people! I'm Elisa, 31, from Italy.

I'm a nerdy marketing student with a passion for crafting, design, languages and travelling.

I collect t-shirts and mugs from foreign capitals (pretty basic tourists' goods xD ), movies’ posters and my favourite bands’ goods.

July 2014 UPDATE

I took a long break from swap-bot because my most recent swaps have been very disappointing and, while I like to make things thoughtfully, there are some people who does things differently.

This said I still love to swap and I'd like to warily start again.

I'm a great music fan, I listen to all kind of stuff and I always like to discover new artists.

The genders I prefer are rock, pop and jazz. Recently I also kinda like trance.. blame my boyfriend for that...

I work a lot with felt and fabric. I like to sew, make reconstructions and revamping. Craft supplies related to sewing are love! Sadly I can' t knit. I make craft with whatever pops into my mind but I definitely need to improve my work with paper (like cards making or collages), I suck at it. I'm trying to learn something about scrapbooking.

A few months ago I got a Kindle. It may seem strange but I'm reading far more than I used to (which was still a lot). Anyway you can take a look at my Goodreads profile (link at the top) to see what I'm currently reading.

Favorite genres: thriller, hystorical novel, fantasy, fiction, .. and I'm always open to new stuff!

I don't watch too much television but I'm a fan of several series: Sherlock, Supernatural, The big bang theory, Warehouse13, Modern family, Downton abbey, Game of thrones, LOST, Alias, Friends, Fringe, Buffy, Mad man.

Cinema: I'm a Tarantino lover!

Here are some things I love:

• Christmas!! I'm a huge fan. Decorations, cards, wrapping paper, themed items for the home, .. I love them all!

• Cute stationery (pens, letter sets, pencil holders, ..) and fluffy stuff;

• Rings, earrings, bracelets and accessories in general (like bags, gloves, belts, ...). Cute socks and hair accessories too;

• Original and strange things (like HTF);

• I like san-x characters, especially Sentimental circus!!

• Cute monsters/dinosaurs (rawr!) and pirates (yarr!);

• Asian stuff (food, recipes, gadgets, ..). I'm also learing Chinese.

• I love Stitch, Pascal (from "Tangled") and Tigger (the Disney characters).

• Crafty items and supplies are looooved! Sew related mostly: buttons, ribbons, embellishments, .. Also pretty paper!

• Cute recipe cards (seems like I can't find them here);

• Cute baking/cooking + bento supplies and kitchen related items;

• Pretty stuff for the home (also handmade) seasonal or not.

• COLOURS: I like bright colours! Red and blue are popular in my closet! I like purple too and black.

• MAKE UP and BODY STUFF: I don't use much make up but I do love face masks, hand creams, lip balms and nice smelling body lotions/shower gels.

• FOOD and DRINK: I really like cooking and eating. I also like oriental cooking very much (Japanese and Chinese most of all). I love tea, infusions and hot chocolate!

• CANDIES & SWEETS: I really like sweet stuff and junk food, so snacks, cakes, cookies, candies, sweets in every shape and filled up with the most improbable things are love for me. I love Skittels, Hershey's kisses and Reese's cup, marshmallows and gummy candies, but hard sweets are fine too! I like to try new stuff so I'm pretty happy with everything.

There are very few things that I DON'T like:

• Cherry or orange flavoured/scented things

• Jelly beans

• Dark chocolate (I'll eat it if it's on/in a cookie or something)

• I don't drink coffe

• NO HELLO KITTY, please
