About Me

I am finally back to swap-bot. I have been raising my 19 month old grandson so having free time or me time was out of the question. But I am finding it now and I missed swapping and all the great people here.(Nov 2016)Love the summer, spending time in the sun, and working with my flowers. I love house plants, The more unusual they are the better I like it. I love the color purple and burgendy.. And I know this will sound weird but I collect sweatshirts and baseball caps from wherever I can. Done this for years.

Favorite Crafts

I love to crochet blanket. I love working in my yard in the summer. Summer is great time for the boat and fishing. I love finding you crochet patterns. Especially granny squares with flowers.

I like needlepoint too. I love doing the squares to put together for many gifts. Love redoing things in the house.

Favorite Books

Love to kick back, put my feet up with a good Nora Roberts book. Or give me a crochet book, or a new blanket pattern to figure out.

books, stationary, pens all colors, love houseplants, so anything to do with them, anything to do with gardening, I love the unusual house plants. Really anything I am not picky and I love everything. And the best things are the ones you do not expect and treasure those.

I love chocolate, anything to do with hair, bobby pins that have beads on them, hair ties, bows. I am a pepsi and coffee nut. Never can drink enough of either. Love to cook and bake. I love Tweety Bird. I love Jelly Belly Bean, Taffy. Dove Chocolate, A matchbox, I think they are so cute and I want to learn how to make them, Stamps-unused. Very appricated.. Anything for fishing. I love going on the boat with hubby to fish. Butter flys, House plant cutting, I love all houseplants..

I am raising my grandson Matt who is 28 months now.Boy was I shocked when I had to get his room ready and buy all the stuff and only got a few days notice, but we did it.Boy things have sure changed over time in prices and what babies need. He is a joy to have and always has a smile on his face...
