It's "The Dome des Invalides" in Paris - Google Lens showed the solution. It's where the grave of Napoleon Bonaparte is...I've been to Paris but didn't recognize it. All the best to you!

I didn't get to kiss the Blarney Stone-it was a 3 hour wait when I went. So we just wandered the grounds and went to the Regency Era house.
