Hi! I'm Grant. I live on an island off the Pacific coast (Wet Coast) of Canada. I came here as a tourist in 1973... I just have'nt left yet.
I have been retired for a few years but I am still very active and working part time.
I have travelled and have a wonderful mix of work and hobby experience to bring to this group.
Looking at some of the pieces from past swaps
I see that I have much to learn....
and many new things that I would like to try.
I really like some of the multi layered ATCs. I found making evelopes from found paper and prints to be fun, also hand made art PC swaps are challenging.
I look forward to many great adventures in swaps... hope to meet you in one!
I DO LIKE:

I DO NO NOT LIKE:

religions
political
most animals in clothes
touristy with writing on front
cruel, disrespectful, bigoted
bad taste or off colour
advertising
but, silly is allowed...
Mushka, a small Conure parrot that rules the roost!
I am a licenced radio operator...VA7GO is my radio call sign. We are some times called a Ham radio operator. Over the years I have talked to other radio operators in almost every country in world. Part of Ham radio is the confirmation of a radio contact. This is done with mailed QSL cards, they are exchanged to confirm the contact, rating the signal, giving information on location and radio frequency that the contact was made on. So actually............ I have been PC swapping for decades! :)
If for any reason... you are concerned or do not receive a swap from me please send me a note! I send same day as partners come up and rate as soon as cards arrive. I hope that everyone else will do the same.
