Hello, I am an elementary school speech language pathologist in Rochester, NY.

I have a speech therapy class mascot "Ted E. Bear" (A stuffed animal bear)

Ted E. Bear goes home with a different student each weekend in an effort to increase family/parent involvement, reading, writing and communication skills regarding Ted E.'s adventures with each child.

I am hoping to find people willing to send a postcard to Ted E. Bear to my school address. People could share information about the state, area or country they live in. This would help teach my students about geography and the world outside of our area. I want my students to learn about our country and our world. We will be keeping track of where the postcards are from. I can not do this project without the help of many caring people.

Ted also loves postcards from colleges/universities. Please share his address with any college students or professors that you may know. Ted hopes to spark an interest and plant a dream seed in my student's heads that going to college is a reachable goal in their future.
