Remember me? You angeled a swap for me many months ago and sent some goody bags for my friend's children. (A Swap for Someone You Love). Anyway, I wasnt able to get together with that friend to give her kids the surprises due to the health of my mom. I was able to get together with her this last week, and I have to tell you, her kids LOVED everything you sent. My friend made the comment that she couldnt have picked out better surprises if she had done it herself. Thank you so much for making my "kids" so happy, and being so patient. Tricia
Char, I have not received the other ribbon that would "meet profile requirements". I explained in your rating why I left the 3, but if I do receive the other you sent out, I won't mind changing it to a 5. What I do mind is that you seem more concerned with receiving hearts and your perfect score than making sure your partner has received the swap they signed up for, and what you agreed to send. You never contacted me after the host pm'd you on our behalf and let you know you made a mistake. Not to say "sorry" or "I've sent it out" or "have you received it?". I do see Kim received the rest of her package, but I have not. Also, I suggest you read this forum thread: http://www.swap-bot.com/forums/topic/16238. Perhaps you weren't aware, but it is generally considered bad form to ask someone to give you a heart, which I see you've done before. The hearts are to be at the discretion of the person receiving the swap (see the site's rating FAQ also), and are not based solely on extras (which, by the way, had nothing to do with my profile, but were random, and again I did not even receive what I actually signed up for). If you went to a restaurant and ordered and paid for 4 burgers and were brought 2 burgers, a coke and fries instead, would you just accept it and leave a big tip? If you explained the situation, I hope the server would correct it and not complain about how hurt they were that you notified them they had not brought you what you requested. I hope that analogy makes sense. I rated fairly by the guidelines of ratings that swap-bot set out. I will change it should I receive the rest of the requirements in a timely manner (btw I checked my mail today). I don't believe I said anything rude to you, but have just been very mater of fact. I will not be manipulated emotionally, either, though.

hello my friend! you are SO awesome! i can't thank you enough. We received our wish yesterday and Julian had me read the book to him. It was great! he LOVED it. I loved my reading stuff too! i LOVE "La Cucaracha"!!!! funny stuff. Julian wants to write to your little one so she'll be getting a little snail mail from him soon! :D
