My life thus far... I am an eclectic soul with much love for my family and unending love for my daughter who was diagnosed on the Autism spectrum at an early age. I support those with disabilities and the desire for our society to be more accepting of their conditions. Human behavior intrigues me and I enjoy learning new techniques and curriculum in the education field.

I am extremely dedicated to friends, family, paper crafts, and faith.

I have one fur baby. We are in heaven with our sweet Oreo, who is a bischonpoo. She’s extremely loving with a bit of sass.

My current craft trends are junk, collage art, and flow journals. I recently learned about handmade book binding using the Coptic technique and pamphlet stitch. I also know how to use wires, sewing, saddle stitching, perfect binding and the screw post method.

I love Disney at Christmas and my birthday, which are my usual times I visit. Next year it will be Halloween and aiming to reserve for Tokyo. Eeeek!

One of my fave places to go to is New Orleans because I adore Cajun food and listening to Jazz.

Also a beach lover! Turks and Caicos, Aruba, Destin, and Pinel Island are a few of my faves. The feel of sand on my toes is heaven!

Music is a huge range from 80's, Broadway, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Alternative, Indie, holiday, gospel, and Blues.

Favorite Television: Taskmaster, Hacks, The Old Guy, and YouTube for my Junk Journal inspiration.

Books: I read fiction and non fiction.

JJJ: Let’s Make A Junk Journal Swap Info I love vintage, shabby, or grungy style loaded with authentic ephemera. I have a standard size junk journal for this swap with florals and birds and a hint of geography with maps. Favorite colors are blues, greens, pinks, reds, or yellows. I also like neutrals. I use lots of layers with paper, fabrics, paint, stamps, lace and trims. Numbers and typesets also appeal to me.

I strive to rate my swaps the day received and hope those receiving mine will too!

I always send my swaps on time and enjoy sending happy mail all over the world.

I love to read my partners profiles and discover about them when I send a swap.

I take pride in what I send out. If for some reason you don’t receive from me, please let me know and I will resend. I keep track of my swaps and like to archive those received and rated so I will reach out to my partners about a swap if it hasn’t been rated. I know mail is sometimes lost in transit which unfortunately happens at times, but ultimately I want my partner to receive their swap. If it’s been an unusually long time since mailing and not received, chances are it is not going to make it there so I will resend.
