First and foremost, I will ALWAYS rate with a 5 and a hearts/star if I receive something. I am not going to judge what you send. I am not swapping to receive; I am swapping to create.
I've been swapping for a few years (mostly at craftster.org). If you want to see my track record you can look at my profile over there as well. We also post pictures of everything we make and receive so you can see what I've made if you are interested. I have never flaked on a swap. I've never even sent late.
I love to make ATC's, Teesha Moore style patches, mixed media and graphic arts, needle felting, and to tackle a good crochet pattern. I'm teaching myself watercolor and want to learn to do some metal stamping. My newest obsession is with pocket letters and rolos.
I also scrapbook, mostly pocket scrapbooking although I have not been very good at keeping up! ***Regarding Project Life cards- I own the core kits: Midnight, Strawberry, Picturesque, Honey, Sunshine, Super Cute.
I am interested in US and International swaps.
As far as goodies go I would welcome anything you send but would really appreciate local ephemera (maps, brochures, postcards etc.) from your hometown.
I have no allergies. I own a dog, a Jack Russell Terrier.
I will read your profile and try to make something you would like. If there is something that you want specifically please let me know and I will try and do that.
If I am sending out a big package most of the time I will message you just to say hello and open up a line of communication. I will always appreciate a reply, even if it's just to say you got my message. I think good communication is a vital concept in having a successful swap.
When possible I will try and supply you with a tracking number and would appreciate the same. This is more for addressing issues if there is a postal mishap rather than to prove that you sent something.
You will always get a message from me to say thank you. It is my way of letting you know that I am grateful that you took the time to make and send me something.
I do enjoy themes from an aritsitic point of view but I hope that when we swap you will focus on yourself and not worry about following any set theme. That said I know it can be easier to have a place to start so listed are some ideas:
coral and navy blue;
red, aqua, tan;
orange and blue;
soft pinks and baby blues,
I also like monochromatic themes (or a variation of one color) and the hombre affect for one color,
sunset/sunrise colors.
watercolor washes,
brush lettering,
mixed media,
collage,
vintage pinup and glamour,
rockabilly,
glamping,
whimsical wildlife,
music of all kinds (introduce me to your fave. I Iove to hear new music),
hearts with wings,
shrines,
tarot cards,
frog prince,
pagan holidays,
snarky sayings (ok to us profanity),
Anne Taintor,
artist choice (in other words- do what you love, introduce me to your fandom or make it all about you. I am not easily offended so no worries there.)

When possible I will post pictures of what I receive in a swap on my Flickr page under the album 'Rec'd in swaps' and of what I send out under 'Created for swaps'. I try and take photos of everything I make, send and receive.
