Hello!

I have always loved paper and multi-media artistry. About 1993 I began a 2nd job working for a stamp company (which is no longer in existence) as an image artist and a product designer. Next, I worked for two different retail sellers of stamp and stamping products as a buyer and product designer. I have had some work published in a few crafting magazines by invitation, but I don't generally submit work.

All through those years I have been making homemade cards, altered books, and swapping ATCs. Most of the groups for the swaps were local, so we met and swapped and talked about techniques and materials. That's my favorite way to exchange ATCs, but I don't have access to those kinds of swaps any longer and am looking forward to exchanging art with people on this site. When I am not making ATC's to swap, I spend most of my time making cards with Bible scripture and words of encouragement to other Christians and people I know who are ill, home-bound, or in need of knowing that someone is thinking of them. It is the most rewarding thing I do at this stage of my life.

Now that I've gotten started in Swap-bot, I will tell you a little about my likes, etc. I love vintage, historical, elegant floral, humorous, and animals of all kinds--pets or wild ones. (Especially fond of dogs, cats, horses, birds of prey like hawks and owls, and bison.) I have Native American geneology, so I like native/old west style, too.

Please no porn or things that would be inappropriate to a Christian. Favorite style to create is vintage--I have a HUGE collection of great old photos that I like to use for my cards. Love blues, greens, periwinkle, but please use what colors please you in your creativity. If you have any problem with something I send you or you do not get my mailing, please contact me before rating me.

Sending extras is not necessary. Please, no stickers, and I have waaaay too much other stuff as it is. I give hearts based on the cards themselves, not on extras. I always rate and always send when I've signed up. So if it gets lost in the mail and you don't receive my art, please msg. me and I will make it good. Looking forward to swapping here!
