I have been creating ATCs for over 10 years, using various methods/styles, attempting to be versatile. I have also traded extensively throughout the years.. Some of my work can be seen at www.flickr.com/photos/delonewolf ... I also trade on ATC Artist Trading Cards group on facebook.
I will not commit to a swap unless I am certain I can deliver. The only reasons that come to mind for not following through with my obligations would be a health or family emergency. I have never backed out of or "flaked" on a swap, and I'm not about to start now.
PLEASE contact me prior to rating me if you have not received your item from me.
If I'm not creating, I watch a bit of TV (DVR a lot of things), or listen to music. I also enjoy going to casinos.
We have a lab/greyhound mix named LoLa, who was a rescue. Poor girl has issues with wind, storms, and noises. Other than that, she is a sweetheart. Update: LoLa crossed the Rainbow Bridge April 21, 2020. One year later, it still hurts. She was one of a kind, our angel.
I'm retired now, but worked for AT&T over 31 years and most recently Pima County for 8 and 1/2 years. (In IT)
ATCs are my main focus, but I dabble with junk journals, altered composition books, and art journals for my own personal use.
Types of ATCs I like to create and receive are collage/mixed media, Southwest/Desert/Cactus, wolves, vintage, steampunk, dogs, animals, zetti, snarky comments, humorous, zentangles-doodles.
I'm not a fan of ATCs composed of stickers, unless that is the theme of the swap.
I also would rather not have extra goodies sent. I have soooo much stuff, and really don't need any more. I'm appreciative if they are sent, but it isn't necessary.
Being retired, I now devote most of my time to creating and trading ATCs, adding to and creating junk journals, watching numerous youtube tutorials and creating new things from watching the wonderful, generous teachers.
Gelli plate prints are another favorite thing to do, along with alcohol inks. I have numerous dies and embossing folders and am on my 2nd Sizzix Big Shot, as the first one broke while attempting to force something just a tad too thick through it.
