I still love and listen to the same artists and groups that I did when I was young. They include: Rod Stewart (saw him 4 times!), Elton John, Stevie Nicks, Bruce Springsteen, Cheap Trick, John Fogerty, Bob Seger, Bryan Adams, Josh Groban, Ringo Starr, Celine Dion, Abba, Neil Diamond and so many more. Plus I am and always will be an Osmond fan!

Reading is my passion! I adore it and would have my nose stuck in a book all day long if I could! Not only do I enjoy reading the old fashioned way...I also love listening to audio books. My favorite authors are Nora Roberts, J.D Robb, James Patterson, Laura Childs, Linda Castillo, Stephen King, John Saul, C.J. Box, J.A. Jance, Patricia Cornwell, Lisa Jackson, Debbie Macomber, Elin Hilderbrand and much more. Some of my very favorite books are the "cozy" mysteries! I'm still a Nancy Drew and Hardy boys fan at heart as well. I also love reading biographies. I have hundreds of physical books and just as many on my Kindle Fire!

I'm not a huge TV fan but I am loyal to some shows. I have been watching "General Hospital" for over 40 years now.and have been fortunate to meet many of the cast members. I also really enjoy the new FBI, The Rookie, Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, Chicago Med, Fire Country, Sheriff Country, CIA, Marshals, RJ Decker and Shifting Gears.I still love watching the older shows as well and some of my favorites are: Murder She Wrote, Charmed, Everybody Loves Raymond, The King of Queens, New Amsterdam, The Resident, FBI Most Wanted and Dark Shadows.

I have been pen palling for over 45 years and am always happy to meet and begin writing to ladies who enjoy this hobby as much as I do. I have many pen friends in the US and in other countries as well. I also love to swap friendship books, friendship sheets, bags, stationery, stickers, notecards and journals. I love anything to do with writing and words!

I am also a huge Halloween fan! My fascination began when I was just a kid and loved dressing up in costume and going through the neighborhood with my friends "trick or treating." When I grew up and got married, two of my kids were born in October...one on the 17th and another on the 30th...just 27 minutes away from midnight. When they were growing up we always had Halloween themed birthday parties! When my daughter turned 16 we had a "Sweet 16, Halloween" party for her and it was amazing! We decorate our house and yard with everything Halloween and we usually start in mid-August! I love the stickers, the stationery, the decorations, smells, colors and mood of Halloween and Autumn

I am a huge animal lover, and our family has been blessed with so many special ones through the years. Right now, we have an 8 year old male Black Lab/Mastiff named Bear, who has my heart! We also have six cats who allow us to live alongside them. There's Chip, who is a 13-year-old male tuxedo, Autumn, who is a 6-year-old female tabby, two 12 -year-old male Bengals named Benji and Casimir and 2 female tabby cats named Savannah and Misty. They are our furry kids and are loved so much!

I am a 68 year old Pennsylvania native. I worked as a financial secretary for over twenty years before taking an early retirement at the age of 62. I still work part time as a bookkeeper/person who goes where needed in my niece's Italian restaurant, alongside my husband, Bill. He is 74, retired and we have been married for 45 years. We have three adult children 42, 39 and 37) and three beautiful little grandchildren (11, 7 1/2 and 7) who captured my heart the moment I laid eyes on them! I am pretty healthy and active except for a profound hearing loss, for which I wear double hearing aids.
