I was just looking at Drach's profile and saw this Hydro person, and I was wondering if it was you.
Anyway, there is a group that I'm in that is putting together a swap-bot collaborative zine. Basically, we're all sending in a page and then someone will make the copies and send it back out. The theme is "swaps".
