You might place geocaches but they might not publish them until the stay at home orders are lifted. I did get a few in the last couple weeks but mostly involves hiking. Munzee is so much easier during times like these.
Hello from New Mexico. I haven't been geocaching as much lately but I did get a virtual in the airport.in LA. Have you checked out munzee yet? I can give you a referral...something we can do from our cars in this weird state of the country.
