Hello, my name is Kari and I'm from BC, Canada. I'm also 37 and have kids. Albert Felinestein, LOL..I think those witty pet names are so cute!!! I was going to name our dog Rolex, (our watch dog) but Lucky Clover won out in our family. :) We have an awesome restaurant in town here called De Panecook (sp?) and it is famouse for swedish pancakes. Very tasty and super filling! Happy swapping!

Artichokes! Oh my gosh The Swiss restaurant here in town has the best roasted artichokes served with aoli sauce, it is so yummy! And my husbands family makes Swedish pancakes every Christmas...not to mention I love sushi and often make it at home. But it can be time consuming so I generally opt to go out and eat it. :) I enjoyed reading your profile.

People lie when they say you can't tell about the cream of mushroom!!! LOL! :P I substitute cream of chicken! <3
