I sew, and that really sums it up. I sew for underprivilidged children so he or she will have a few nice and new clothes for school. I make head scarfs for oncology patients. Also a member of American Sewing Quild. I'm retired from the banking business, and loving retirement. Favorite colors are red, turquoise, teals, blues. I have 3 grown children, 5 grand chldren, and 2 greats. I'm not really into reading novels, I do good to read the paper. Now instructions for sewing patterns thats different. You'll find my head in them most of the day. I am the group leader for our group (1 of 5 groups) here in the Prescott area. I teach at ASG's workshops when the group of ladies need assistance in making something. It's fun to get together for a day of sewing. Been married for 52 years (to the same guy too) and 8 going on 9 years ago I was diagonised with ovarian cancer. So far so good, but it does limit me with what I can do. Vacations are hard as they interfer with chemo. So we stay home alot, but with hubby being a mailman before retirement, he is happy not to have to drive. His route was 55 miles everyday out in rural country. We have a cat her name is Kali (a rescue) and she totally runs the house. The only thing she has not accomplished is to get her name on the title of the house. Other than that she is "the queen".
