I live in Gresham, Oregon, which is just east of Portland. I live in a multigenerational household with my mom and sister who are both avid quilters, but I am not. My sister's two kids are also part the the household. I love to read and watch movies. And crafting is my outlet.

I got a TIVO for x-mas this year, and also had a DVR with DirecTV, so I recorded lots of things. Currently my favorite shows are RuPauls Drag Race and The F word on BBC America. I watch House lots and Saving Grace. I like No Reservations and other travel food show.

I live with a 13 year old, so I ended listening to a lot of pop music and I really enjoy it for the most part. When I choose the music in the car, I go for mellow alternative rock, and when listen at home doing housework and crafting, I often choose classical.

I have my TIVO set to record AFI top 100 movies, and I love watching them. With Netflix, I am all over the place, I just watch Jeff Dunham and loved it.

I love yarn. I prefer to crochet over knitting. I have recently been recycling yarn from thrift store sweaters. I also bead and have a great collection, but I am not currently working on any projects. I love scrapbooking but will not let myself start down that crafting road fearing that i would spend all my money on it.
