My name is Jen. Born & raised in western upstate New York, lived in eastern NY, for about 15 years now, and now live in TN as of 12/25. I have ventured into other states (and Canada) but have never been International yet!

Occupation: I am a RN and have been for 15+ years now (I have a MSN). I love my work. I mainly work in Geriatric care. I love to sing to my patients, and they love it too!

I am a single mom, I have 2 young adult sons who are so different from each other yet still somehow the same! They are amazing kids. One is in college and the other is graduated 2025 and off on his own adventure in trade school!

We have 2 Great Danes (Black/White Harlequin & Merle) who think they are lap dogs and a Miniature Schnauzer who thinks she is as big as the Great Danes! She runs the house and keeps the bigger dogs in line. We also have a Sphinx cat who couldn't care less about anything but eating, sleeping, wearing sweaters and zoomies!

I love papercrafts such as mixed media/altered works of art. Love to draw and watercolor. I'm addicted to junk journals and planners. I currently use a hobonichi weeks. I love many different styles from cute to modern to vintage/antique.

I do a lot of woodworking on the side and like to create and build different things. I also do a lot of 3D printing and playing with my Glowforge! I have been dabbling in a bit of resin too!

I sew & quilt. I love creating all different things such as bags/totes/wallets. I also do mugrugs, tea cozies, etc.

• I love different Architectural works and older buildings with lots of details.

• I love fantasy creatures (non-cute): dragons, tree spirits, faeries, dryads, centaurs, forest nymphs and gods, selkies, hippogriffs, mushrooms, mushroom nymphs, chimeras, elves, mermaids, elementals, unicorns, etc

• I love anything and everything to do with The Nightmare Before Christmas (I have 3 tattoos of NBC, 8 altogether). I am not big into sitting down and watching TV, I rarely have time for it. I do have Netflix, but my boys use it more than I do. We are always outside doing things and adventuring.

• I like to work in my garden. I grow various flowers as well as veggies too (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, squash, etc). I have raised beds for a lot of my veggies and then I also have various areas in my yard for flowers. Wildflower seeds are fantastic - love seeing the bees

• I do enjoy some other Disney stuff/movies. I like Moana (the chicken is my favorite), Beauty & The Beast (animated), Aladdin (animated - Robin Williams is so missed!), Tangled (love the chameleon Pascal), Big Hero 6, Lilo & Stitch (one of my absolute favorites), Treasure Planet (such fond memories of my boys loving this), The Sword in the Stone.

• I also love Studio Ghibli. Nausicaa is one of my favorites. Also love Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service.

• I am into nutrition and fitness. If you have a favorite healthy recipe or smoothie recipe you would like to share, please do. I drink water or flavored water - no sodas or sugary drinks.

• I'm not a huge kawaii fan but I do like some of it. I like the little bears I've seen. I like the mushrooms and some of the cute little monsters. I also like the sharks & the whale sharks. I don't know any of their names or what they are called. I do like the larger memo sheets.

• My favorite animals/critters include: foxes, raccoons, river otters, ferrets/weasels, goats, great danes, sphinx cats, bees, and sharks.

I truly appreciate anything when someone puts the time & effort into putting a package together for me. I am really easy to please and truly appreciate the effort. There's a lot I like outside of what I've listed here, I just don't exactly know what to put. Or how I would want to change this up to reflect it.

Please do not send me child/kiddie/alphabet/reward stickers, I will not use them, same goes for planner stickers. While I do use a planner, I don't really care for a lot of the planner sticker styles

PLEASE do not send me any kind of jewelry, I do not wear it

I don't eat candy or too many sweets. I drink coffee, but drink it black. I do like teas, but only teas such as Earl Grey, English Breakfast and the like. I am not much of a fan of flavored tea or coffee. If you send flavored tea, that's okay, my youngest son will drink it.

I do not smoke.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND: Holiday themed items (unless the swap is specifically for that), anything religious or racist and sexual content, sequins, confetti, loose glitter, cosmetics/nail products, vanilla scented anything.

Please NO paper scraps - I just got rid of all of mine and don't need anymore please!
