Response: I sent this package June 22, and I also sent a follow-up message asking if you had received it when I didn't receive a rating. New package was sent September 25, priority mail. Follow-up PM sent Oct. 15 asking if it has been received and to please change the rating. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this swap.
