First rating explaination: Sorry to rate you so low. I did message you a few weeks ago to let you know that I hadn't received anything and you did say you would resend but I have yet to receive anything. I will re-rate if I ever receive your washi samples, but for now, I feel it's a fair rating.

Comment: UPDATE 07/25/16: When you first open a message, there's a button option at the top that allows you to "keep as read," but it ONLY works if you click on that button while you're in the message still. If you go back to the message list, you lose that opportunity. I was taught this when I first joined SB and have done it for the entire 4.5 yrs I've been here. ~~ 07/23/16: I had read your list when it came in, but left the PM as unread until I rated it, which is a practice I have used since joining SB. I apparently forgot to mark it as read when I rated. But I did read your list and made note of information within it when I PMed the coordinator about how to rate your swap. My apologies for the misunderstanding that may have caused. ETA: The 3 rating was due to the lateness in both communication and sending the swap, as I stated in my initial rating comment. ~~ 07/21/6: I hope that you do well with your list. That said, I'll be honest that I struggled with giving you this rating. The deadline was the 7th. I got a PM on the 8th saying that you were still working on your list and that it would be sent by the morning of the 9th. I received the list by PM on the 11th. I would have been okay giving a 5 if you'd contacted me before the deadline to let me know you'd be late with your list.
Response: Final update 7/31 Have contacted partner about options to make this from a 3 to a 5 experience for her through my own pm and through the host I have offered to send an additional surprise package or additional digital content on the 101 project to make up for the tardiness, I have received no answer, so it appears there is no chance to reconcile the swap to a 5.

More surprises kept appearing as I looked through it :) There's so many stickers I haven't properly seen them all yet and the cards are all very pretty. The envelope had started opening so it arrived in a Royal Mail special plastic bag, but I don't think anything went missing.
