As for the other points, use a food tracking app, just for a bit it's amazing once you learn real serving sizes & your daily intake per meal how many mini adjustments you can make. Like I adjusted my size of cereal to keep at a cup a day not a filled bowl. Also, dont worry about cutting out. You can moderate, then you avoid binging. I've gone through a weird challenge. I'd be happy to penpal about the journey!
