This swap is for vegan or vegetarian on their way to veganism. it is international.

Each participant get 1 partner and send them ALL of the following:

  • your favorite vegan recipe (hand-written, photocopied or whatever)
  • write down your favorite vegan-related websites
  • 2 different vegan candy or chocolate bar

PLEASE NO MILK, NO EGGS OR ANY ANIMAL PARTS, READ THE LABEL!

vegan extra of any kind are fun, make up a package you would like to receive for yourself.

is it international. i'm from the US but you can't send perishables in the mail on an international level. i learned that the hard way.

@harold8maude I send food items internationally all the time and it's never been an issue. Though I think Australia is rather strict ?!

yes. I don't think it's a problem for this swap to be internatonal. it's so cool to see all of you joining this vegan thing! i already have plenty of idea of things to send. can't ait to do it. any idea for a next vegan swap?

I'd really like more vegan swaps! Candy and other goodies are of course nice, as well as recipes, product tips or other tips on cooking or shopping vegan. Maybe stories about how and when and why we became vegan or whatever we are.
