Welcome to the SOAP Bible Study Swap! The goal of this swap is simple: dive into God's Word, share a personal reflection using a clear and structured format, and encourage a partner in their walk of faith. For this swap, you will prepare one sheet of paper (or a folded card) using the classic S.O.A.P. study method based on any passage or verse of your choice. What to Include: Please divide your page into four clearly labeled sections: S - Scripture: Write out 1–3 Bible verses in full (mentioning your translation). O - Observation: Write 2–3 sentences about what stands out to you in the passage (a key theme, God's character, or the context). A - Application: Write 2–3 sentences on how this truth applies to daily life or what God is teaching you through it. P - Prayer: Write a short, heart-felt prayer based on the Scripture (you can include a brief prayer for your swap partner here as well!). Swap Details & Rules: Format: Flat mail only (standard envelope, single postage stamp). Type: Handwritten preferred (or neat, typed printouts if writing is difficult). Presentation: Keep it simple- if you love to craft, feel free to add anything that makes this meaningful to you - but remember that your heartfelt reflection is what matters most. Ratings: Open to all rated members with a 4.98 minimum rating or higher. No recent unresolved 1s or 3s. Newbies are welcome, but must have a fully filled-out profile (at least 250–500 words) | |
