Description:

For this swap you will make 1 mushroom Dotee. I ask that this little guy(or gal) is made in a mushroom shape.

This feels like a commercial, lol, This series will feature quite a few "Forest friends" real and fantasy. But, most of the dotees will be hosted in the Dotee Adicts Group Feel free to join!

The Dotee Doll should follow the usual size guidelines and have a tail. but she may include arms and legs if you want. This swap is international due to its lighter weight

You should have a 4.8 or higher to participate, newbies with a very, very, well filled out profile will be able to join. I will be checking. also any recent ones without an explanation worry me.

If you have any questions let me know :)

here is a nice little how too wrote by @Mimi2254

Some basic Dotee do's wrote by @ladyfeathers

They usually range between 3-7 inches including the tail and hanger, for an average dotee.

The face is usually embroidered on some sort of material/ felt unless otherwise specified in the swap.

They migtht be embellished with beads, sequins, buttons, ribbon, but they don't have to be. Sometimes the fabric and hair and face make enough of a statement.

@pixiepoo I love the Dotee you made. I can't wait to get home and make one myself. Also p.s. @pixiepoo I love your screen name. It's what I call my pet hamster.

um?!?! so after stitching up the first mushroom dotee it crossed my mind that it looks um like something else? and im certain you can imagine what.... Im working on a new one, but am wondering how the heck to make it not do the same thing... I have made other dotees and havent had problems, but this one has thrown me through a loop.... any random suggestions to prevent this unwanted shape? would be great emails that i would appreciate....

and if anyone needs a mushroom like dotee that resembles other things, feel free to ask cause this doesnt need to be in my collection lol.

thanks?!?!
