1 May 2019... Sorry it has been necessary for me to withdraw from swaps. Hopefully I'll be back on track and able to start up again in about 8 weeks. 🤔

I love challenges especially when they include paint and paper but what to do with all the stuff I create... This is what bought me to swap-bot as I would love to be able to swap.

I believe all art deserves recognition as it is a reflection of where the artist is at that time and what is important to them, however, I do not like art which reflects mans inhumanity to man (violence), cruelty to animals, or pornography of any description.

I look forward to swaping altered art, tags, ATCs, book pages, postcards (preferably hand made), stamps and goodies, in any styles.

I used to participate in swaps many moons ago until work got in the way. Now I am allowing my self to get back into a creative head space.

Music... l love music from classical to jazz and everything in between, struggle with rap though

Books... Mainly spiritual and personal development, BUT I'm not religious. I listen to books rather than read... So I can craft at the same time. 😉 A good mystery never goes amiss, usually recommend by my hubby. He knows me too well.

Television... Don't watch it... life is too short... well I have to revise this as I did curl up and watch the Royal Wedding. Another revision... Watched while recently unwell and confirmed that there is little worth watching. YouTube and Netflix were / are my friends when i have no creative or any sort of energy to do anything. 😉

Animals... Love all creatures great and small but can't physically handle spiders and snakes.

Colors... YES.. love colour from the dull to the brightest of bright.

Craft styles... I love to send and receive all sorts. I love seeing what people are doing. I have no special style as I believe this changes depending on what's happening in your life at the time you create. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you feel like creating something simple and othertimes something more intricate or avant garde. I like to just let it flow and see what happens.

No nos for me are anything with any form of scent. Because NZ has strict bio security regs No Food Items. Age has also bought with it many food no no’s for me too, even chocolate is proving a problem 😳😢😳 Please don't feel you need to send extras. While I love to receive goodies, I've been a crafter for a long time and already have so much stuff. I don't rate on extras just on whether you meet the swap criteria and your beautiful works of art. Of course this doesn't mean you won't get extras from me unless you request otherwise in your profile. 🙃 Please don't send me stickers unless they are required as part of the swap or are really special or artsy. I have so many and have little use for them. 🤔

P.S. if I sometimes seem slow to rate it's not that I don't like what you've sent or am being lazy. It's because we don't get to our post box as often as we would like. So please don't get cross. I promise I will always rate my swaps as soon as I have them in my hot little hands. We don't get mail to the house as it often gets stolen or ends up in the garden ruined. I would rather be slow to rate than loose your precious art work. Please message me if you think I've missed your rating. I have done a couple of dumb things, like write the message but forgotten to tick the boxes. Duhhh 🙄. Senior moments.
