I'm IndrÄ—, friends call me Bee. I'm a Lithuanian expat currently living in Madrid, Spain.
Grew up surrounded with metal kids, punks, Gothic girls and a bunch of artists (family and family friends) so I didn't have a chance to live a boring life.
I am very curious so lots of things are interesting to me: culture, politics, traditions or simple things of everyday life. I'm also interested in art, music, literature, religions etc. People are different and have a wide range of experiences so it's always useful and interesting for me to hear personal view of life.
I always say that not the genre is important when listening to music but the quality of the music. Music is my greatest passion and I love almost everything that comes into terms of rock 'n roll. Also blues, soul, gospel, country, new age, new wave and grunge. I do enjoy when these genres are mixed with native sounds.
On top of it all, I am a fan of Bon Jovi :D
Being a passionate reader, I have a dream of a huge personal library. My favorite writers are Erich Fromm, Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Kurt Vonnegut.
That's a thing I have :D Origami, embroidery, crochet, knitting, ceramics, sewing and all the needlework. I also became interested in making earnings, brooches and other bijouterie. One more thing. I LOVE cooking ;)
Besides being a passionate reader, I am a big fan of art. I visit lots of exhibitions each year to get the idea of the contemporary art scene.
Also I am a postcrosser and spend some time looking for new and beautiful postcards to send out to people around the world. You can check me out: http://www.postcrossing.com/user/Indre_G
Being quite crafty, I like spending evening with needle in my hands doing something nice for me or my friends.
I collect sugar :) You know those little packages of sugar you can find in coffee shops? I've already have a lot from various countries because all the people who know me bring some from their journeys. So if you want to please me, send me some sugar ;D
I love postcards! Old ones, new ones, used or blank.
ATC's :)
Origami :) Send me a scheme or the origami you've made and it will make me happy.
Anything that can be used to do some craft: a piece of nice paper, a pattern, an instrument ect.
I love cooking so recipes are always welcome. Please mind that I don't eat onions so the dish should taste good without it ;)
Spices! If some spices or herbs are traditionally used in your kitchen, you can send me some and I'll try them out ;)
Anything national or traditional. I'm so curious about various cultures! Please, feed my curiosity!
This will sound odd but... sweets and chocolate. I'd probably only taste them and leave for my friends. I love nougat and Turkish Delight but that's about it.
Despite my lack of love for sweets, I can still send some to you ;)
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Would be thankful if you'd let me know if the swap never reached you instead of rating bad without a notice. I have no ability to see weather you got the swap or no so PLEASE tel me. I will resend right away. Thank you!
Spanish postal system is awfully slow so it might take a few weeks for items to reach the destination. Please, be patient and first send private message to clear things up. Thanks ;)
I have to say I'm not the fastest with the ratings. E-mail swaps are rated in a weak. Anyways, I rate plain mail the day I receive it.
And... I've decided to always give a heart. I do hope this will not spoil you too much ;)
It's slow and the stamps are ugly and difficult to get. I'm doing my best for both me and my swap partners to enjoy the swapping experience.

What an interesting profile, I am also a needle worker. Would you like to swap doing an ATC with needlework as the focus? I do not see any ATC swaps recently on your Comment or ratings boxes. I was your partner from australia in the b&w PC swap. :)
Hi Indre, Welcome to Arty Theme PC Swap #1. Thank you for joining. Happy Swapping..
Hi, Indre!
I wondered if you have any special preference for the postcard I need to send you from the UNESCO World Heritage Swap.
Please let me know. Thank you.
best regards, arlyna
hi! awhile ago you participated in one or more alphabet recipe postcard swaps. I have been given permission to restart them. I am starting with "I" but I will also run, soon, a few catch-up swaps for missed letters. If you are interested, the swap is here: http://www.swap-bot.com/swap/show/87122. I hope you'll join!
The PC you sent me was the "You are a Winner" one. I showed everyone at work and we all laughed about it.
Sent off another card to you today-hope this one makes it!
And thanks for the kind comments dear! Hugs, Terry
Oooops! I hit the button too soon. Just wanted you to know your letter is out in the mail today with a couple of extras. Hope you get it and you enjoy what I've sent!
@ Deeno1105 Everything's fine as long as we all are having fun here :) All the best!
