Hello to whom ever is reading this. I always feel awkward begining these "about me" sections. I remember doing them on the first day of school, which was quite a while ago now, and I always hated them. I'm still always unsure where to begin.

I'm a wife and mother. I work full time. I have pets, probably more than I should. I like dancing and crafts and gardening and art. Real life responsibilities always seems to cut into my play time but I do what I can to keep up with my hobbies. I like time spend outdoors. And I love making a mess being creative more than I like the clean up when I'm done part. Confession, I don't always clean up my meds after.

Years ago I participated in a number of scrapbook swaps. I even hosted several. I loved them. I loved making things to give to others and I love seeing what others made for me. I have not done one in years. I recently heard of this site and thought I would sign up and maybe give it a try. I'm not looking for scrapbook stuff. I like the idea of dealing postcards, teas, notes, and other little goodies. It makes checking the mail so much better when I get a card or package. I'm hoping to have the chance to share a little of that fun with people here.

I have so many I can list. I have been a scrapbooker for years. I also love art. I do a little sketching, watercolor, and mixed media. I also enjoy crochet and sometimes sewing.

I think I have a pretty varied interest in music. I enjoy rock and pop but also listen to a lot of Broadway musicals and international music. One of the things I appreciate the most with modern internet and social media is the ability to find smaller artists instead of always listening to the same top 40.
