FINALLY! I know your swap is long past, but I found the recipe for "apple doughnuts" I mentioned... turns out they are beignets - scuuze me, Googlesearch! Take a gander they look soo good.

Hooray! It really is a nummy recipe. The hubs has been asking for it, plus the certain homemade rolls I usually make to go with... I just keep forgetting I have to do some of it ahead of time. I'm so glad you all liked it. Stay toasty!
