Hello peeps! I´m Rebecca, someone who live in an apartment in the midst of the city, but long for a house out in the woods, where I can potter about the garden with way to many dogs and chickens. Some pompous geese and chatty ducks can also be thrown into the mix. Forget about the Snow White vibes though - I want to channel my inner wood hag, explore bogs and pick mushrooms and enter regular society only when it´s absolutely necessary.

💚I have way too many hobbies, interests, and projects going on simultaneously, nd far too much executive dysfunction to keep them all moving at the speed I'd like. I can thank my ADHD for that. The one constant hobby in my life is reading - mostly fantasy (massive LOTR fan) historical fiction, horror and, much to my own disbelief, some sci-fi lately.

💚 I also love everything vintage, going thrifting, basically every type of crafting, and activating my goblin mode to go foraging. Good sticks, nice rocks, shells, interesting sand, moss, lichen, herbs, mushrooms, flowers, bark, chestnuts, acorns, you name it - I got it, in one of my gazillion storage units.

💚 And of course, animals - I love all animals, but dogs especially I cannot live without. My current furry best friend is my staffordshire bullterrier Kayla. Chickens and guinea pigs are also a favourite.

💚 Coffee is my preferred form of life support.

💚I have always enjoyed traveling, but I stopped flying for environmental reasons, so my travels are less frequent these days. But they tend to be longer since we travel by car or train instead. I've been to The United States (New York), Japan, Australia and various European countries.

Those closest to my heart, though, are Ireland and Scotland. I actually lived in Ireland for a couple of years, and have visited Scotland several times. For my 40th birthday, we drove all the way to there, and I finally got to visit the amazing Isle of Skye for the first time.

Since Swap-bot is brand new to me and I´m just starting out, additional notes will be added as I venture forth into this and realize what I need to update.
