We have a mail delivery issue where I live and mail is running 3 to 4 weeks behind :( If I haven't rated you I haven't yet received the swap. It has also taken me 4 days to get into swap-bot due to gateway errors

Isn't it funny how life changes. It's been so long since I was active and for many reasons I slowly lost my creativity and even my love for writing letters and postcards. Depression and doomscrolling took a lot away from me! Ironically tiktok brought me back - I saw a tiktok about a travelling journal and I remembered how much I enjoyed being creative.

Lots has happened in the last few years including 2 moves and now being a co-parenting mum for the last 2 years. I just moved 2 weeks ago and am so happy in my new house and I want to bring my creative self back, so I will start with baby steps and go from there.

My likes have changed, I have new music and media interests but I am still at heart me.

A little about me. I have 2 teenage children and I am a happy single (co-parenting mum).

I have been playing Warhammer for the last few years, 40K Blood Angels, I also boardgame, and play ttrpgs.

I'm trying to get back into reading and want to start annotating books.

I'm a member of Postcrossing. I love written and stamped postcards and long chatty letters, I like talking to people with similar interests.

I am a bullet Journaller, and I love my hobonichi!

I hope to visit Japan one day and learn the language. - I still want to visit Japan, and learn the language but my focus is now learning Korean, or getting back into it I should say. I would love to visit many countries including Japan, and South Korea but also Nordic countries, anywhere that has a proper cold season.

I love my postcards to be written, nice and chatty, as the written side is just as important as the picture. Receiving postcards with just Happy Swapping written on them makes me a little sad.

If you are including a postcard as part of a swap, and it doesn't specify it to be blank, a written postcard would make my day :)

I like witches, and black cats, pumpkins and bats, ghosts, skulls and birds (ravens, crows and owls). I love the colours purple, green, orange and black.
