Terry - I got the bookmarks today - they are AMAZING!! I couldn't wait until Christmas so I gave Angie one today and she LOVED it, the other is tucked away for her stocking :)
Terry, What a great surprise in the mail today...looks like it got through just before Canadian postal strike...can't wait to try to recipes...yum yum...love the quotes...and cartoons...and thanks for the turtle stickers...I can always use them! Have a great weekend. HUGS!
Yes, it was a close call with Slumber, our little patient. She was quarantined for a week (which was difficult on everybody, as you know!). I found a tiny little humidifier for her and she also had breathing treatments with my nebulizer (I have asthma.) I put her little pink box (with the holes in it) and poked the mouthpiece through a larger hole and let the medicine work its magic. She also had powerful antibiotics. Yes, we had to handfeed her as well. Amazingly, she did make it just fine. During the process, though, we found out she has a heart defect, so she may not be with as long as she might have. However, we are enjoying her while she's here. Here is a picture of our ratties! Slumber is the cream-colored one (she is named Slumber because she sleeps so much, which is probably due to her heart.) Sweet little ratties!

Thankyou for the Hoop Dee Doo book. It's fabulous :)
In celebration of my 200 hearts...
I'm sending you hearts!
For all the hearts you've given,
The hearts someone forgot to give you,
And most of all,
For all the heart you put into your art!
Love & Light,
Le Papillon Vert
