Note: i send out all my swaps and if you don't receive it please let me know so i can resend it. communication is key. i have a rating of 3 years ago when i first started pen paling. the rate of a 3 came from a swap i hosted from someone who said they didn't get my letter on time. and the rating of a 1 came from some who never answered my messages or comments about if they received the letter or if i could resend it to them.

so yes that messed up my score. if that is a problem for you i apologize.
