Greetings All!

I enjoy making and trading ATC's. I've been dabbling in junk journals lately and sewing doll clothes.

Illustrations and photographs from the past are a favorite of mine. Old advertisements, book covers, greeting cards, postcards, sheet music covers, antique photographs, old labels...you get the idea! :-)

I love old and new ephemera. Dresden foils and trims. Paper flowers and paper butterflies too. Old pieces of lace, and various types of ribbon I enjoy using fabric bits and old buttons too.

I have also collected antique purses, gloves, hat boxes, compacts, vanity trays, perfume bottles, teacups, tea pots, old plates. I don't have a huge number of these items, just enough to satisfy my collector's desires.

I really enjoy all kinds of music.

I've been married for 44 years to my college sweetheart. It was love at first sight! We have 3 children, one handsome son, and two beautiful daughters. We have 10 grandchildren. Being a Grandma is my favorite thing in the world :)

There was a lot that could be done with it, but those of us who participated enjoyed it - something different! Your strong man is very handsome and I looked at this for awhile before I realized that ehe background piece had mustaches on it - fabulous! The whole composition is so soft and pretty and all the elements you added are just perfect. I especially love the gold circle and diamond shapes - how clever! The greens are so rich and they setoff the lilacs on the lady's hat perfectly. I love the touches of bling and shine you added and the little green butterfly. It's just such a wonderful composition! And thank you for the cute Valentine extras. Did you cut those out??? That's some serious fussy cutting I'll say!
