I am a 24 year old guy from the sleepy town of Alvin, TX-home of Nolan Ryan and his right jab. I went to school for a Psych degree in Austin, TX where I lived for 5 years. I currently work in the oil field in the Gulf of Mexico, and hope to get out soon. The master plan is to settle all loose accounts and hit the road, vagabonding wherever my heart desires, far away from the U.S. I am very interested in seeing quiet, desolate, off the beaten path countries, emerging myself in culture, food, and new people. I am very ambitious, but am waiting for the pull. I love books, music, accumulating knowledge, personalities, anything from the ordinary and my girlfriend whom I currently live with in Houston. I love beer, whiskey and a little madness in moderation. Or in excess if the situation permits it. Truth and depth. I am not very picky, but would love things with a personal touch when it comes to swapping. YOU interest me more than I do. You've caught me here today in a hazy, lazy, patrick swayze kinda mood, but I often feel like an actor in life and adopt roles, because it breaks up the monotony just a little. I was Bukowski for a year and a half, Henry Miller for a year, Cool Hand Luke for about 5 months, and the Buddha for two weeks. No Joke. I got Atticus Finch on the mind lately, but thats tough.
