Since the start of COVID, the post office has been doing its thing between return mail, losses and especially on the time it takes to send mail. An envelope can take a week as it takes 1-2 months. if you do not receive my envelope, tell me by PM, I will be happy to send you an envelope.

April 28th 2022:

unfortunately, a member gave me a rating of 1 without contacting me by PM. I sent a second envelope on my own initiative in case the first had been lost (which can happen). Since the latter has not returned to the site and I think my rating will not change, which is a shame because it does not prevent me from participating in swaps.
