Its time for me to make my rounds of thank yous! I asked for 24 little gifts, cards and what nots to open on my 24th birthday and while I did not make it I still had a blast! Thank you so much for being a member who helped me out! I very much so do LOVE the flourish stamps! I wish I had them to make my grams card but I got them now and I will use them till I loose them hehehe! Thank you so much!
Karry....I've done the transfer a few times and have had no problems. Did you make sure that you separated the layers of the napkin? Most of them are 3 ply. You need to remove 2 of the layers. And just make sure that the iron does not touch anything that you don't want the plastic wrap to stick to. I cut the napkin into 4 sections and have the saran wrap a little larger than the napkin section (just to make sure that the edges will seal down). I place a sheet of copy/computer paper over the top before ironing. This protects the iron from getting the plastic wrap melted to it. When ironing I go over and over and over again! The iron is on a pretty hot setting. I let it cool for a few seconds and check to make sure that the napkin adhered to the card stock around the edges....if it didn't I iron and iron some more! I hope this helps and you'll give it another try! Let me know how it works out.... :)
Hi Karry--just wanted to say thank you for the ATC donations--I'm on day two of my summer ATC class and the students are loving it! I've had enough ATCs donated for the kids to choose two or three for themselves each day, so thank you for your contribution!
