Hello , I am Mieke, from the Netherlands. I am Catholic, mom of 6 grown-up kids and I have 3 grand daughters ,a grandson.and a baby granddaugther will arive soon. I am 69 and retired. as a social worker. I have a calico cat named Molly.

I like to read, Historical fiction and Cozy mystery and Fiction and vintage classics mostly. I love history, culture, art and nature. I try to walk every day, to cook and eat healthy, regular work-out, and enjoy life as much as I can.

I drink coffee in the morning and love tea all day, all kinds. As I said, I love all teas, however I would be special pleased to receive a smoked tea, like smoked Earl Grey. I prefer my tea in the original wrapping.

I like coloring books, watercolor, crosstitch, crochet and knitting .

I have a reading journal , a commonplace book, a junkjournal, daily journal and hobonichi weeks planner.

I like calendars, clocks,seasons, letters and words. I enjoy to go to museums, parks, the beach and to travel. My favorite era are the 20ties till the 60ties.

I like postcards, vintage postcards, stickers, tea, bookmarks ,stationery, and just something happy in my mailbox. For postcards I especially like postcards with women, books , tea cups, food,vintage,advertisement, nature ,children book illustrations, art, museum postcards,and seasonal. For stickers subjects I like :women, children, cute animals, tea, books, nature, seasonal, cosy, glitter,woodland, hologravic.

For Halloween, I prefer the cute or children postcards
