I live in San Diego, California, and I grew up in Montreal, Canada. Funny enough, I don't like heat and miss the cool weather. I have lived in San Diego for 20 years now, and would most certainly miss the beach and the burritos if we moved away.

We are a family of 4, and art/crafting is my escape. We have a dog named Oreo and a cat named Chloe, as well as 4 fish tanks of countless fish and shrimp! All 4 of us speak French.

I am an amateur artist and crafter of all types. My style is whimsical and colourful, a little bit vintage and a little bit eclectic. My favorite colour seems to change all the time, but I gravitate towards pink, yellow, green, teal and coral. I am a collector and user of all things, and have recently started a love affair with fountain pens, and have rediscovered watercolouring. I love to incorporate unexpected things in my journaling, like a small watercolour item or some doodles with acrylic markers.

I have participated on several design teams, as well as several rounds of circle journals. I love to collaborate with other artists and be inspired by their designs! I had penpals as a kid and miss the offline connection it brought.

Back when my fridge could actually hold a magnet, you couldn't see the front of the fridge! I used to collect magnets from everywhere we went, and my favorite ones are from our cross-US road trip - we bought a magnet in every state we crossed. I love all the colour they add to my kitchen too. My second favorite magnet says "silently correcting your grammar". :P. I definitely don't have an Alaska magnet nor a Hawaii one, but anything will do, really!!

I am not spiritual or religious. I don't like spiders and generally don't like food-related stickers. Sarcasm is my love language!
