Comment: Hello Jeanne,
Thank you so much for the 4 fruit recipes you sent me as part of this swap. I read each recipe and each sounds delicious and ones I will enjoy creating and serving to family and friends. I also enjoyed reading your stories about your life in Minnesota, your picking of strawberries and blueberries, and what you did with the fruit during some of the coldest times in Minnesota. I am looking forward to making your salads. Thank you so much for sharing them with me. I look forward to adding them to my special recipe book and adding the story along with them. I hope we get to do some swapping in the future. Until then--Happy Swapping!!!

Comment: You sent the swap quite late, but I'm not into giving 3's for lateness because I'm often late myself !
I'll try the Strogonoff soon, and the beef burgandy does seem strange to me, with your "mix" !!!
In French you can say "farce" for "mix" and it gives your recipes a new twist... ^_^
Comment: Your letter is truly inspiring to me. I can sympathize so much with all that you said. I think you are already making a difference and I'm sure you will continue to do so. Take care!
Comment: Thank you SO much!
What a creative collection of goodies.

Comment: An outstanding swapper! The recipes look delicious and there are more recipes than required. We had a misunderstanding that was my fault and I really appreciate how nicely she brought it to my attention and then how lovely she was about it. She even offered to send me more recipes after reading my profile!
Comment: Jeanne, I love the postcard you sent to me! The Stone Arch Bridge is very beautiful. I hope you find New Mexico a good place to retire! I really love it here. :)
Comment: thanks for the card! when my mom & family came from Germany in the 50's they were supposed to go to Minneapolis, instead ended up in NJ in the NYC metro area. So MN has a special meaning for me...hope to visit one day.
Comment: And it arrived so nice an early, I am fascinated by your list. I loved Sullivan's Island too, but didn't like her second book. I will try Mango Sunsets.
