Comment: Yes, I have been to the museum. It's actually pretty good. And they have a good sense of tongue-in-cheek we're not taking ourselves too seriously. Worth the stop, even if you don't really like spam too much. The gift shop has some funny items, flip-flops that have a big SPAM tread on the bottom, so it leaves "spam, spam, spam..." all along the beach when you walk in the sand, like some bizzard Monty Python skip.

Comment: UPDATE: It was postmarked the 7th which was 2 days after you marked sent.~And no the items I am talking about were not extras... there wasn't even 10 things in the envie so I thought some of the stuff in side the bag were part of the 10.. the bag actually looks like what you had originally intended on sending to me until you were talked to by the host about the quality issues in some of your swaps~~~ Original post:I dont know if this swap fully meets the requirements but I just dont want to deal with the hassle... The swap was marked sent 6/5 and the date on the sticker was NOT the 5th... you had even sent me a message on the 5th after you talked to the host and told me you mailed it already... besides the date issue...some of the stuff you sent was not scrapbooking materials. I do not consider paper doll items to be diecuts... 99% of the items in the plastic bag that was inside the package was junk like christmas ribbon that you use to wrap gifts...Im sorry but if you use this in your scrapbooking then maybe you shouldn't join scrapbooking swaps because others dont use those kinds of things... Your username is scrapwithstyle but yet in almost all the swaps I have received from you I get useless junk... not that it isn't my style but its pure garbage....this swap did have some nice things in it but I had to toss out most of it...
Response: June 5 is a sunday that is why i am sure the postmark on the package is June 6 since there is no mail svc on sunday.... the items you listed were extras I believe, not in the 10 items-- either way i am sorry you did not like the swap, i can send more items that you might like better, just send me a message if you'd like me to resend- thank you.

I know this was a flat destash, but I think grocery coupons (when you don't know what someone would even eat) or the cardboard starbucks drink holder borderlines as trash - which is what the description specifically said NOT to send. Also some of the items were all bent up and not of much use - I had to throw out about half of the items in the envelope. So the 3 is for the late mailing but you may want to be a little more careful about what you send..

I do remember our conversation that you would resend and to give it a few days and that was our last contact.. the fact that BOTH my swap and Zurdoswifey's package was due out on the 21st, you marked both of ours sent on the 18th, and both mine and hers was postmarked on the 31st lets me know that it was not a resend but the first send.. and to suggest otherwise is silly. And Im sorry, but I don't believe you. And now you have deleted a bunch of comments off your profile including mine. You are obviously having issues with marking sent and not actually sending in the past.. For the record they didn't get bent up in the mail - they got all bent up and torn up as you were putting them in the package. It had nothing to do with the postal service.

as per the coupons and the drink holder (unused) these were what I just think of as extras- if you can't use them toss them or reswap them. just something in addition to what I was sending that I had and couldn't use myself. some people do like to get coupons...
*** i did send you two packages, whether you believe that or not is up to you obviously. I had a few parcels from my etsy shop go missing in the same batch so that is why I did the resend swap. The papers I sent were not bent at the time I packed the package to you, sorry if they arrived that way I can send more if you'd like. (((( i sent out some replacement 'flat destash' today you should be getting soon to replace what was damaged, thanks)))))

Comment: Im really sorry Janelle but I feel that I must rate you a 3 for this swap based on the fact that you marked it sent on May 18th... the deadline was the 21st and you didn't even mail it til the 31st...10 days after the deadline!!! You did not communicate with me to let me know it would be late and I may have looked past it if it was just this one time but every time that I get you as a partner you mail about a week late with no communication and always mark them sent before they are. I am normally an understanding and patient person but I do think that communication is key to a successful swap.
