The scarf is fantastic, and the beautiful interpretation of the Sankofa pattern and ram's horn patterns are so fun with the colors you chose. And then ... an embroidery pattern from Karelia! I have a CD of Karelian music that I listen to sometimes, how neat to see another piece of the culture! I love how the bird theme ties to the sankofa theme, and I love the card you made with the pattern on it -- do you teach this kind of Finnish embroidery?
