I am a creative person that loves all sorts of arts and other creative expressions. I have a degree in Art and a teaching license but am subsitute teaching right now. I garden and have winter hardy cactus in Wisconsin. I have bees and decorate their hives.

I am married with children and grandchildren which I adore.

I started collecting postcards last year when we were cleaning out my in-law's house and came across my husband's grandmother's collection that were from the 20's. I like that they are historical markers of the times in which they are created - the history of things now gone, humor and artwork. I like postcards of the Christian holidays also. My husband collects railroad postcards so those are always welcome also.

I am very consciencious about sending out my postcards. I am on Postcrossing and know how things can get lost in the mail (I think you should get a refund if they lose your mail). I have had some postcards that I sent out immediately that have not been logged. If you do not get a postcard from me within a reasonable amount of time please let me know.
