I'm a native New Yorker and love all things New York City. Love mixed media. New to card making, hand lettering. I"m crafting on a more serious level after some time off! I am now in love with art journaling. Vintage, vibrant, religious images, botanicals, tea card materials, pieces for ephemera making, etc. I have started getting refamiliar with all the different options i.e. Gesso, acrylic gloss, and molding paste, etc. I love stamps and love seeing all the different stamps out there, washi, brags, glitter, yes I love glitter, glitter away! It cheers me up! I love embellishments. ****I MEAN THIS WITH ALL MY HEART**** FEEL FREE TO SEND ME THEMES YOU LIKE, SO THAT I CAN LEARN SOMETHING NEW. I'm here to learn about others. I prefer it! That being said here's more about me...
I recently bought Jane Davenport water colors and love how vibrant they are! I also use Cotman student brand.
I'm still working on developing a personal style. I like whimsical drawings and am fascinated by everyone's creativity. I have no country chic tendencies, but I appreciate it when I see sophisticated creations.
I bought a cricut to help cut perfect paper panels, but I still need to learn how to maximize this purchase. I recently tried to make ephemera but the theme didn't match the current projects. Now my strategy is to coordinate with the current theme before making random shapes.
Lofty Goal: I hope to have a booth at a fair offering affordable all occasion cards for sale this summer. I'm learning and hope to find my niche.
I love makeup and had a highly rated account on makeupalley for swapping. I love talking make-up and I love make up doodles. More than make-up I love Bulls! Totally obsessed and have collected items when possible. I have a tile from San Franciso, 3 shakers/noise makers from Cozumel, an 8x10 portrait from a craft fair, a cow head made from bamboo (?), and a large frame 30x50 of a charging bull. I love the power and strength of the bull and the patience of the cow. I love bullfighting portraits but only if the bull is charging...no bloody Bulls : (
I'm an avid YouTube watcher. Primarily craft gurus. "m so grateful to everyone on YouTube that shares their knowledge. Folks are so giving of their talent and I"ve learned so much!
I now love Travel Journals. I have several projects going on sketching, watercolor, etc.
I don't live near HobbyLobby or Joanne's so I mostly shop on amazon. I have dozens of thrift store books and hope to make junk journals once my confidence improves. Just havenβt created a book worthy of selling.
Newspaper front pages, Doodles of Coffee/latte, cupcakes, ice cream cones and Paris themes. Rome, Wine themes, creative bookmarks, whimsical portraits/drawings, I love all colors. I love anything happy gold, silver, sparkly, etc. I also like distressed anything, Punk, Bohemian, Animal cut outs, Bulls, classical music, Ice skating, doodling, water color, acrylics, iconography, ruins, archeology, religious art, and all types of desserts. I love ephemera and embellishments. Ballet drawings, dancers, botanical line art, cactus, succulents, orchids, etc. -- I'm here to learn about others.
I'm a scaredy-cat. Please no occult, demons, ghost, etc. I don't have time to do other crafts at home. Do not need yarn, crochet needles, children's projects. I prefer not to receive any food related items. Die hard coffee sipper. No Tea please.

Welcome to International Small Swaps ! I hope you will enjoy the group and your time swapping here on the bot :) I've also invited you to International Paper Crafts as it seemed that it might be a good fit. It would also be a great way for you to use up some of that huge paper stash ;) (I'm totally the same!)
