Hi! I'm October, and I am a 23 year old Catholic university student in Colorado, United States. I've been writing penpal letters for about 8 years at this point, and it's one of my favorite things to do! I also love to do art of all sorts (lettering is an art, yeah?) like painting, crochet, knitting, etc.

Some of my favorite things in the world: I have a cat named Marvin who is the love of my life, and a girlfriend who is also the love of my life. I do a lot of language learning, and have achieved conversational fluency in French, as well as basic comprehension of Korean and Spanish! Other languages I want to study include Russian, Mandarin, Tagalog, Khmer, and German! My favorite colors are green (any shade) and orange (like the burnt sunsetty looking shades). I play violin, ukulele, and guitar, though none particularly well, and I sing relatively well, not to pat myself on the back.

I mentioned earlier that I am Catholic! I went to a Catholic school when I was younger, and my confirmation saint is Saint Rose of Lima. I recently met the archbishop of my diocese, which was a huge deal and very very cool for me.

I'm studying anthropology in college, as well as taking pre-med courses, so if my replies are ever slow, it's possible I'm just caught up on homework, lol. It's nice to meet you!
