About Me

I live in a very small town in NY. I've been married for 55 years. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two grandsons. I love animals and have four cats ( Dusty, Smokey, Sparky and Spot, our feral barn cat). They love treats and anything that can be used for cat toys. All the cats were rescues. I like gardening, flowers and veggies. I love watching the wildlife at my house, and have many feeders in my yard.

I enjoy all music but Brad Paisley is my favorite singer.

Favorite Books

I read a lot and enjoy all types of books. I am really a fan of a lot of young adult books. I share a lot of books with my daughters.

Favorite Movies

My favorite movie is The Italian Job.

Favorite Crafts

ATC's, junk journals, sewing, , stamping and paper crafts. I love trying new techniques.

I collect

Candles, pigs, fabric, gnomes, cat items , anything fairy/vintage related. Favorite colors are red, purple and yellow but really like all colors. I also like hot cocoa and decaf black teas. Enjoy peanut butter M and M's, Kit Kat's, peanut butter cups and dark chocolates.

Comment: I love them!! I have the perfect jj to put them in. Don't you just love making cute things to share!! Love your story of "leaf peepers" I've actually done this for deco books...watercolor a city scene and then used faux leaves to cover it up but the deco owner gets to lift them up to see the scene. Each one is so special--the handmade card with the mouse inside of the fuchsia cup, the handmade "Chase your dreams" butterfly pocket letter with themed items inside, and that gorgeous handmade mini dragon envelope--I absolutely love them all. I'm placing the dragon envelope in a small frame for display on my fantasy shelf. Everything feels so personal and full of care, and I'm truly grateful. Thanks again for these beautiful treasures.

Comment: Your envie was almost too cute to open!! I have read The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society". I think every book club has had it on its list. I first read it in 2014, then twice since for book clubs, especially before the 2018 movie came out and everyone was trying to read it. I hope you watch the movie too. xxMuggleMom
